Engaged!!
I dunno how many people still use xanga anymore, but i thought i would post this anyway. For anyone who still checks and reads entries, just wanted to say that i just recently got engaged! :) I'll be getting married next summer in June of 2010. Everyone always told me i would get married young so i guess they were right :P. I met John at Cedarville University where i attended college for a semester for all who didn't know. Anyway, here is a pic of the ring! :) There are a few more on facebook.
My family really seems to like him too which is important to me. My dad gave us his blessing and my mom said she was happy as well. I can't wait to get married!! :) But anyway, this is how he asked me...
He had one of my friends drive me to the park where he originally asked me to be his girlfriend. When i got there i saw a trail of roses (all a different color) and each had a sweet note on it. So i picked them up as i went and it eventually brought me to him. He had his whole speech all planned out and then he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him...it was so romantic :). I am one lucky girl!

I rarely ever post entries anymore...work has kept me busy. Work sucks, but at least i have a job. But other than that, all is well
. Yes, John and i are still together...and we're very happy together too. Also, my dad arrives in Ohio tomorrow morning which is exciting. I haven't seen him in 10 months...doesn't feel like it's been that long though. Time goes by so fast. It'll be good seeing him again though. Well, before i finish i guess i better end this post by saying Happy Mother's Day to my amazing mother. I miss her more than she even knows. I couldn't ask for a better mom. I am very blessed to have her in my life. I love you, mom, and Happy Mother's Day!! I miss you.

My last post i talked about my dog, Roxy. Well i actually have a new different dog now. Since Roxy did not come with papers, i sold her and used the money to buy a puppy that did. It was very sad for me to see her go, but with my new puppy i will be able to make more money off her if she ever has puppys...since she has AKC registered papers. Her name is Eva and she is also a Boston Terrier, but she is a red brindle colored one.

I don't even know where to begin. Well, i had to withdraw from Cedarville University because i couldn't afford to be there...that was a hard day. Once again i had to say goodbye to all my friends, but at least i won't be too far away this time. I'll drive up to visit whenever i can. So right now i'm living with my sister and looking for a job so that i will be able to save money and support myself. It's been pretty stressful, but hopefully everything will get better.
I guess there's one good thing that's happened. I got a puppy and named her Roxy. She's a Boston Terrier and i got her for an excellent deal. I know i still can't really afford her, but she comforts me and sleeps in my bed every night. I know it's a lot of work to care for a puppy, but i love her. She's my spoiled baby girl

I'm not used to the cold weather here in the States. It's horrible! I mean i love the snow cuz it looks so beautiful, but i just can;t handle the cold. It's freezing here!
But anyway, as some of you may already know...i met someone here at Cedarville. His name is John and he's a criminal justice major. He's a really sweet guy too...i've never had anyone spoil me like he does. He's just a great guy

I like writing, soccer, skiing, music, computer, and alot more. I come from a pretty big family. I have 4 brothers and 1 sister, but 3 of my siblings are now married and living in Ohio (which is where i'm originally from). Umm...i became an M.K when i was only 2 years old so i've lived most my life in Chile, South America. So yeah, i have a pretty crazy and busy life, but i'm alive so that's good :P.
